Masters was designed by the genius of the design world, Philippe Starck, to pay tribute to three classic chairs that represent industrial design. The distinctive backrest was created by fusing the silhouettes of Arne Jacobsen's Seven Chair, Eero Saarinen's Tulip Armchair, and Charles Eames' Eiffel Chair, and is formed by three lines that cross and draw beautiful curves. The seat, supported by four thin legs, has a unique finish that gives it a velvety, glossy feel, and is spacious and extremely comfortable to sit on. It is lightweight, practical, and stackable. It is available in a wide range of colors and is suitable for outdoor use. It was awarded the prestigious Good Design Award 2010 by the Chicago Athenaeum-Museum of Architecture and Design.
