"Glowing Sculpture" is a lighting fixture that is typical of Taro Okamoto, with hands that reach out as if to push away or embrace those around him, giving off a provocative yet maternal vibe. Next to the IDEE shop in Minami-Aoyama was the Okamoto residence, now the Taro Okamoto Memorial Museum. Through his friendship with his adopted daughter, Toshiko Okamoto, an exhibition of Taro Okamoto's furniture was held at IDEE, which led to the reproduction of Taro Okamoto's elusive furniture.
