A dining table that follows the design philosophy common to the Color Wood series. Using the traditional woodworking technique "Yatoisanetsugi," wood is joined together in a barrel shape to create a distinctive leg shape. The 14-sided tabletop is large enough for 4 to 6 people to sit comfortably around in the 120 size. Color Wood Dining is available in "Plain," which makes use of the natural texture of wood, and "Dot" and "Grid" versions that utilize Karimoku's Real Coat technology on the tabletop. While "Plain" has a simpler appearance than Dot, the details of the edge of the tabletop and the beautiful expression of the domestic chestnut wood naturally draw attention. "Dot" and "Grid" have a pattern printed in gray on a pale gray base, reflecting the designer's concept of overlapping traditional techniques with contemporary design.
