The CARVED series, which was released in 2010 and won the Good Design Award, now has a new color version in muted hues: CARVED COLORED. By adding color to the dial, the engraved letters appear to have a color gradation, and despite the minimal form, it adds a colorful accent to the space. This watch, which gives the impression that the letters have been carved out of the dial with a chisel, is an attempt to treat graphics as a form. The shadows cast by the engraved letters give the dial a three-dimensional feel, and the watch changes appearance depending on the surrounding light environment.
