The lamp "Sipli" means onion in Finnish. The beautiful opal glass shade, blown into a mold, captivates the viewer. The surface is sandblasted for a matte texture. The soft light is also fantastical. At the time of design, the glass shade was manufactured by Iittala, but is now manufactured in Finland by Inolx.
