The Copenhague series is a collection designed by brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for the University of Copenhagen in 2013. The brothers were asked to create a simple, warm design that was functional, durable, and easy to care for. The thin, light-finished tabletop gives the chair a light feel, making it suitable for use in a variety of locations, from the home to office spaces and stores. The tabletop is laminated with a matte texture using nanotechnology, making it less susceptible to fingerprints and easy to clean.
