This low table is based on the table designed for the lobby by Isamu Kenmochi, an interior designer who supported the foundation of the design known as Japanese modern, when he worked on the interior of the Kyoto International Conference Center. It features a simple shape, with the body and legs molded as one piece using Tendo Mokko's molded plywood technology. The edge of the tabletop is surrounded by delicate ridges called "mizu-gaeshi." In addition to its functionality of preventing tea and other liquids from spilling, it gives the tabletop an elegant look. There are two types of material. Oak wood has a beautiful, gentle wood grain and a delicate, dense straight grain, creating a calming atmosphere.
