Maintain water temperature with the keep-warm function. Place the kettle filled with water on the power base and turn the power button on. Once you've selected your desired temperature, touch the keep-warm button. Press the power button again to start heating. When heating is complete, a beep will sound and the kettle will switch to keep-warm mode for 30 minutes. The kettle's interior is easy to reach and clean. The lid can be fully opened, just like a regular kettle, making it easy to empty any remaining water.
