Simply add your ingredients and push the button to easily make cold-pressed juice at home. Its lightweight and compact size makes storage and cleanup a breeze. Incorporate cold-pressed juice into your daily routine and promote a healthy lifestyle. Available in two colors: bright white and refreshing sage green. These colors blend seamlessly into any kitchen space and are stylish accent colors. Choose your favorite color to complement your kitchen décor. Cold-pressed juice is made by extracting only the water from the ingredients without applying heat (cold) and by applying strong pressure (pressing). Separating the fiber from the juice suppresses the digestive system, allowing you to directly absorb the nutrients from vegetables and fruits. The screw rotates at a low speed of 45-70 revolutions per minute, reducing heat generation. This suppresses the extraction of oxidative enzymes caused by heat, preserving more vitamin C than high-speed juicers. The reverse rotation button prevents clogging. All parts other than the main body can be washed with dish soap and water. Wipe the main body with a tightly wrung-out cloth to remove any dirt, then dry it with a dry cloth. Don't throw away the pulp; use it as an ingredient in your next recipe. The included recipes feature nine dishes supervised by registered dietitian Jun Eda. We've also included recipes that utilize the pulp from juicing. This helps reduce food waste by using every last ingredient.
