As a result, we collected these urethane base materials from all over the country and used them as the core, successfully remaking them into environmentally friendly, sustainable futons. You can choose your preferred sleeping comfort on both sides The birth of the "5-layer volume mattress" Using our unique technology cultivated over many years of urethane manufacturing, we have been able to develop a mattress that is easy to manufacture, provides consistent cushioning, and maintains good cushioning over the long term. The "5-layer volume mattress" has a hard urethane in the middle, with low and high resilience urethane placed on the outside, and then wrapped cotton on the outside, giving the mattress a 5-layer structure that gives it a sense of volume. This mattress allows you to choose between the low and high resilience sides to give you a comfortable sleep. (The outer fabric is antibacterial and deodorizing.) The secret to offering our products at more affordable prices (mail order only products) By using a system whereby products are shipped directly from the manufacturer's factory to the customer after an order is placed (direct shipment from the manufacturer), we are able to reduce the transportation costs involved in delivering products from the factory to stores or logistics centers, as well as management costs at the store (and reduce CO2 emissions during transportation).
