When Jacobsen designed the "National Bank of Denmark," which is said to be his greatest masterpiece in his later years, he worked on the wall clock "Bankers" along with furniture and faucets based on a total design. The Bankers Clock, which is faithfully reproduced based on a rare original clock of which only two remain, is the work that Mr. Tait, who supervised it, was most particular about. The Bankers Clock, which is said to be an eternal masterpiece, has an elegant spiral of the index that represents the constant flow of time. The index, which at first glance looks like a long and thin rod, is made of 12 blocks and graphically represents the time. The red color in the center of the dial is a faithful reproduction of the original color, and serves as an accent in the monotone, further enhancing the charm of the Bankers Clock.
