[Electrical installation required] "IN-EI" is a project started by Issey Miyake and his research and development team, Reality Lab, in 2010. The project was developed using mathematical programming and the principles of 3D geometry. A unique folding technique provides sufficient strength, and the recycled material construction and surface treatment allow the shade to maintain its shape without the need for an internal frame, and it can be folded and stored when not in use.
