The Color Wood Chair joins the iconic Color Wood Table family in the Karimoku New Standard collection. While the basic concept of utilizing small-diameter Japanese hardwoods is the same as the table, Karimoku has taken a step further in the creation of this chair, challenging its woodworking techniques. The seat features a graphically structured design that oscillates between simplicity and complexity. To create this, small, thin pieces of oak were assembled into a shell shape, concealing any visible fastenings. The Color Wood Chair is a perfect complement to the Color Wood Dining Table, and is suitable for both home and contract use.
