This pendant has a shade with both sides painted glossy and matte, creating a beautiful light effect. The light from the light source hits all the inner surfaces of the shade at the same angle, creating a design that creates absolutely no glare. The 1924 eight-shade lamp was redesigned and released in 1958, and exhibited at the Danish Museum of Art and Design along with the "PH 5".
