The design is based on Poul Henningsen's original blueprints from the 1920s and early 1930s, faithfully recreating Henningsen's famous "PH lamp with three shades" idea. "The shades are curved in a logarithmic spiral, and three shades are combined to cut the glare of the bulb, while at the same time efficiently reflecting light to the places and directions where it is needed." This rational and functional design still emits beautiful light without losing its value. This version uses handmade blown glass for the shade. It spreads high-quality light throughout the room.
