The Louis Poulsen design team developed the Tulbo series based on the oval reflector used in Poul Henningsen's last street lamp. In line with Henningsen's philosophy of illuminating a space without shining a bright light directly on people, the Tulbo series focuses its light downwards. The egg-shaped shade, painted matte white on the inside, diffuses the light evenly and is suitable for both spot lighting and indirect lighting to create a cozy atmosphere.
