The VL Ring Crown series originates from a lamp designed by architect Vilhelm Lauritzen in 1940 for the old Danish Broadcasting Corporation in Copenhagen. The wall lamp and pendant, characterized by their organic shapes, were used in the interior of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation. The pendant primarily directs light downwards, and the opalescent glass evenly illuminates the surrounding area with a comfortable, warm glow.
