It's a chair you can use for a lifetime. Oak is sourced from trees aged 150 to 250 years. While its fibers are shorter than those of ash, it offers exceptional strength and durability. The soap finish is a technique in which soapy water is applied to the wood, enhancing its natural texture. If it becomes dirty, it can be washed or sanded.
