The CH23 chairs were part of Wegner's first collection of chairs, designed for Carl Hansen & Son in 1950. They are artistic and ergonomically designed. Not only were they groundbreaking, but Wegner also created a series of chairs that brought a new perspective to modern furniture design. The backrests feature beautiful inlays, made using bentwood techniques, showcasing the craftsmanship. The beautiful double-stretched paper cord and the design of the rear legs give the chair stability.
