The E020 table was designed for Carl Hansen & Son by the Austrian design trio EOOS. The table features a wooden base, steel wire supports, and a circular top, creating a unique, almost sculptural form. Inspired by the image of a kite soaring through the sky, the tabletop is supported by a central support, maximizing leg space when in use. This design is focused on functionality. The circular top, designed with human interaction and communication in mind, is another key feature. Its distinctive design allows for easy gathering and ample leg space. The steel wire supports are delicate yet highly stable, creating a light, airy impression that the tabletop appears to be floating in mid-air.
