CHUSEN dyed hand towel KABOSU
Fujio Ishimoto spent 50 years in Finland, and his beloved tenugui (hand towels) have been a staple of his daily life ever since. "KABOSU," featuring motifs that take advantage of the clean whiteness of the fabric, is a tenugui design based on Fujio Ishimoto's relief of a green mandarin orange. To create a light, airy impression, the design features two citrus fruits, one large and one small. Dyed by the long-established tenugui manufacturer Kamawanu using the traditional "chusen" dyeing method, the vibrant colors are reproduced on both sides. The highly absorbent fabric makes it convenient to have one on hand for wiping hands and wet items, wrapping things, wrapping around the neck, or even laying on a table. The more you use it, the more comfortable it becomes to your touch and the more comfortable it becomes. The "KABOSU" design, featuring motifs that take advantage of the clean whiteness of the fabric, makes it a perfect gift, while still retaining the distinctive brand identity. You can hang it on the separately sold "Tenugui Bar" like a hanging scroll and enjoy it as interior décor. *As it is hand-dyed, there may be some color fading or transfer. *We recommend washing it by hand separately from other items.
