The design of Kartio Glass is based on the Arabian ceramic Kirta series made in the 1950s. The theme color for 2024 is "pine green," inspired by the Nordic flower "Caluna" and coniferous forests. Kaj Franck pursued functionality with daily use in mind. The unambiguous linear form and simple beauty have long been supported by many people and have become familiar to us.
