Drop was designed by Arne Jacobsen himself in 1958 as part of the project for the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, known as one of Jacobsen's masterpieces. Although it was produced along with the Swan and Egg chairs, the Drop was produced in limited quantities exclusively for the hotel. Awakened from a slumber of over 50 years, Drop made its reappearance in 2014. This lovely and unique chair has a history and identity, but also a freshness and strength. Drop's distinctive back shape combines a warm embrace with ease of movement, creating an amazing level of comfort. It is a product of FRITZ HANSEN, a Danish company.
