ANT Ant Chair 3100, 3-legged, Lacquer, Midnight Blue
The Ant Chair, designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1952, is based on the unique concept of a three-legged chair with five legs, each with two legs, providing stability and functionality. It was the world's first chair to feature a seat and back made from a single, three-dimensional, nine-layer molded plywood. Its beautiful balance with the molded plywood seat and legs is a unique feature not found in four-legged chairs. It features stacking functionality, and careful considerations include cushioning where the pipe legs meet the seat to prevent damage when stacked. This product is made by FRITZ HANSEN, a Danish company. [Designed in 1952] [Caution] *Do not sit on the chair in an unstable position. *Do not allow small children to sit or stand on it. *Do not stand on the chair seat or use it as a step stool. Please take care to avoid falling, resulting in injury or damage. Source: https://www.sempre.jp/
