The PK24 Lounge Chair is perhaps Poul Kjærholm's most recognizable work. Inspired by Rococo and French chaise lounges, Kjærholm used steel to create the PK24's organic, flowing form. He coined the term "hammock chair" because it functions by suspending the body between two points. The headrest is removable. This product is by FRITZ HANSEN, a Danish company. Regarding leather: Each piece is unique, with wrinkles, scratches, and textures characteristic of natural materials.
