The "MADEIRA SOFA" from journal standard Furniture is inspired by mid-century 1960s design. The fluffy feather-filled cushions are incredibly comfortable, providing an unforgettable experience. This is journal standard Furniture's first high-back sofa, designed purely to embrace the body. [Designed for relaxation] The low seat provides a stable, comfortable feel, the angled backrest evenly distributes the weight of the upper body, and the standard headrest provides flexible head support, providing ultimate relaxation for a variety of lifestyles. The headrest can also be removed (tools required for removal). [Body-enveloping cushioning] We perfected the internal structure through trial and error to achieve a resilient softness that goes beyond simple sinking. [Distinctive thick-ribbed original fabric] The upholstery is made with ACME's original fabric, which has a thicker yarn count than regular corduroy and a longer pile. The texture of the fur changes with touch, revealing shadows and a unique expression. This pattern, with alternating thick and thin ridges, is achieved using a pile-cutting technique called "oyakogiri," resulting in a highly unusual fabric.
