The average household kitchen is roughly 4.5 tatami mats in size. A typical space of around 2m is considered adequate for practical storage items. The size is designed to accommodate a kitchen counter and board. While a single unit offers a certain level of functionality and storage capacity, the four sizes of the HABITAT series allow for flexible configurations to suit the space.
