Eiermann Table 2
The Eames Table 2 is a redesign of the universal classic table that Egon Eiermann designed for his own studio in 1953. It is a redesign of the minimalist table that Eiermann designed for his own studio. Compared to the original model, the inner width of the frame is 250mm wider. The crossbars, which were originally set diagonally, are now fixed vertically from the floor, making it ideal for use as a dining table, such as for side-by-side or face-to-face seating. The minimalist design concept of simply placing a top on a steel frame with no unnecessary decoration remains, but it can now accommodate a wider range of uses than ever before. In 1995, Richard Lampert acquired the right to produce this table and redesigned it to be more user-friendly. This table, with Eiermann's attention to detail evident throughout, is one of those timeless masterpieces that no other product can rival.Source: https://metrocs.jp/
