The Lisa pendant lamp is a masterpiece by Finnish lighting designer Lisa Johansson-Pape, named after her. The Lisa270 pendant lamp, released in 1947, is a signature piece by the designer herself, and like the Finnish version of the PH5, it has become a beloved fixture in many homes. The light-filled, rhythmically perforated shade (with tiny holes) creates a light feel, and when lit, the delicate light spills out from the holes, like stars shining in the night sky. The simple shade's interior is painted white, diffusing the soft, even light.
