This beautifully crafted paper basket/trash can from the Danish company ORSKOV was once a favorite of Finn Juhl. It's a steel paper basket designed in 1955 by Danish architect Grethe Kornerup-Bang. Its beautiful form and combination of different materials make it ideal for both dustbins and casual storage of newspapers, magazines, and other items. ORSKOV is a long-established manufacturer representing mid-century Scandinavia. At ORSKOV's request, Finn Juhl collaborated with Grethe to create the tray, and Grethe collaborated with Finn Juhl to create the paper basket. Finn Juhl himself is known to have favored this basket.
