It acquired patented technology that enabled bottling and preservation, and developed the iconic Weck jar with its signature strawberry logo. Its wide range of shapes and sizes, including round and tulip shapes, features a sealed structure with a glass lid, rubber gasket, and metal clip. Following a business reorganization in 2023, the Aurelius Group took over, with production continuing in Bonn. Overall, the company produces 350-360 million containers annually, with approximately 10% of those being household Weck jars.
