The tulip shape 200 is the perfect size for single-serving sweets like homemade jam, pudding, and jelly. It's oven-safe, making it a great gift for anyone who enjoys baking. This four-bottle set is perfect for families and as a souvenir. The included rubber gasket and clips make it easy to seal, allowing for long-term food storage. This four-bottle set of tulip 200ml bottles, perfect for long-term storage of homemade jam, also includes a blueberry jam recipe, making it safe for those less experienced in cooking. Simply sterilize the contents by boiling and storing with the rubber gasket and clip. The small portions make it perfect for sharing or gifting homemade jam. 1. "Boil and sterilize the containers": Before bottling, thoroughly wash the jars, glass lids, rubber gaskets, and stainless steel clips with detergent. After that, check the container for scratches or cracks. Boil water or lukewarm water in a large pot and thoroughly sterilize it by boiling for about 5 minutes. Then, dry on a cloth and drain thoroughly. 2. "Preparing to seal": Place the lid with the seal on the jar containing the food, then secure the jar and lid securely in two places with stainless steel clips. Now you're ready to boil the food. 3. "Boiling": Start with low heat and heat slowly, rather than turning the heat to high all at once. Once the temperature specified in the recipe is reached, boil thoroughly for the specified time. It's a good idea to use a thermometer. 4. "Removing the clip": After removing the jar from the pot, leave it for about half a day. Once the temperature has dropped, you can remove the stainless steel clip that secured the lid. You can tell at a glance whether the jar is completely sealed after boiling because the seal tab will face downwards and the lid will not come off even if you remove the clip.
