Another great feature is that food doesn't need to be transferred after cooking, so it keeps the food warm. While iron frying pans may seem difficult to use, thanks to their crispy exterior and fluffy interior, the FRYING PAN JIU features a hard tempering process, eliminating the need for seasoning before use. It's also non-stick, making it easy to use even for beginners. The iron plate is approximately 1.6mm thick, thicker than a typical frying pan, ensuring even cooking and excellent heat retention. This allows for a crispy, fragrant exterior and a fluffy, fluffy interior, cooked at the perfect temperature. The unique handle, with its simple and easy-to-use design, is made with a patent-pending proprietary mechanism. While its appearance may be simple, its well-thought-out design allows for easy installation by simply sliding the handle along the rim of the frying pan.
