While iron frying pans may seem difficult to use, thanks to their crispy exterior and fluffy interior, the FRYING PAN JIU features a hard tempering process, eliminating the need for seasoning before use. It's also non-stick, making it easy to use even for beginners. The iron plate is approximately 1.6mm thick, thicker than a typical frying pan, ensuring even cooking and excellent heat retention. This allows for a crispy, fragrant exterior and a fluffy, fluffy interior, all cooked at the perfect temperature.
